GettaSYS Legal & Policies

Terms of Service

This policy applies from 28 August 2026 and may be updated to reflect applicable law and payment-platform requirements.

  • Status: Published policy
  • Operator: GettaSYS (a trading name used by an individual operator based in the Republic of Korea)
  • Operating country: Republic of Korea
  • Legal notice: Legal notices and inquiries: [email protected]
  • Effective date: 28 August 2026
  • Contact: [email protected]

Article 1. Purpose

  • These Terms govern the use of the GettaSYS for Szwego desktop application, accounts, subscriptions, AI features, support, and related online services provided under the GettaSYS brand by GettaSYS (a trading name used by an individual operator based in the Republic of Korea), and set out the rights and obligations of the operator and users.

Article 2. Definitions

  • “Application” means GettaSYS for Szwego installed on a Windows device.
  • “Service Account” means a GettaSYS account used for login, email verification, subscription status, one-PC authorization, AI tokens, and customer support.
  • “Local Work Data” means product information, images, videos, settings, notes, presets, collected results, and CSV files stored on the user’s device or selected folders.
  • “Merchant of Record” means Paddle, which handles the customer payment transaction, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks.
  • “AI Tokens” are internal service units used to measure PRO AI feature usage and are not cash or electronic money.

Article 3. Operator and sales structure

  • The service operator and application licensor is GettaSYS (a trading name used by an individual operator based in the Republic of Korea).
  • Paddle may process paid subscription transactions as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller.
  • Paddle Buyer Terms, applicable Paddle policies, and mandatory law also apply to payment transactions, receipts, transaction taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.
  • These Terms apply to GettaSYS accounts, features, data, licenses, and acceptable use.

Article 4. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have legal capacity to enter a valid contract in their country of residence.
  • The operator does not collect date of birth in ordinary registration, but may restrict an account where legal capacity is absent or information is false.

Article 5. Acceptance, changes, and re-consent

  • These Terms apply when the user reviews and accepts them during registration or a re-consent flow for existing users.
  • The Terms may be changed due to law, Paddle policy, service functionality, or security needs.
  • Material changes adverse to users will generally be announced at least 30 days before they take effect through the application, website, or email.
  • A user who does not accept a required change may be prevented from starting new work, but will retain necessary restricted functions such as subscription cancellation, account deletion, data backup or viewing, and customer support.

Article 6. Registration and email verification

  • Users must provide an accurate email address and required information and complete mandatory consent steps.
  • Registration is completed after both email verification and mobile-phone SMS verification.
  • Applications involving false information, impersonation, abnormal repeated registration, or likely service disruption may be rejected or cancelled.

Article 7. Account, password, and one-PC policy

  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their accounts and passwords.
  • Account transfer, lending, sale, or shared use is prohibited.
  • All plans are subject to the one-PC policy, and changing PCs must follow the application’s authorization process.
  • If email saving is enabled, only the email address may be stored in the local GUI profile; passwords and server access tokens are not persistently stored.

Article 8. Service and plans

  • BASIC includes the announced collection, organize/calculate, review/edit CSV, final CSV, and product search functions.
  • PRO includes BASIC features plus AI-assisted product descriptions, brands, categories, product names, and the included AI token allocation.
  • Collection does not consume AI tokens, and AI Tools are exclusive to PRO.
  • When a subscription expires, starting new work is restricted while existing results and permitted data remain viewable under the READ ONLY policy.
  • The one-PC policy, 15-minute offline policy, and existing authorization rules are not changed merely because payment is integrated.

Article 9. Responsibility for external accounts and materials

  • Users may connect and process only their own Szwego accounts and materials that they own or are lawfully authorized to access.
  • Users must hold all necessary rights and permissions for product information, images, videos, trademarks, and other materials they process.
  • Users must not bypass login, authentication, access controls, security controls, or platform restrictions.
  • GettaSYS is independently provided software and is not an official, authorized, approved, or affiliated product or service of Szwego.

Article 10. Local work data and backups

  • Local Work Data is generally stored on the user’s device or selected folders.
  • Users must verify and back up important data themselves.
  • Local Work Data is not automatically deleted merely by logout, subscription expiration, account deletion, or application uninstall.
  • For AI features or server functions expressly invoked by the user, the minimum data needed for processing may be sent to the server and external AI processing systems.

Article 11. Free Trial

  • The Free Trial lasts three days and does not require card registration.
  • The Free Trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
  • Limits on duration, account count, collection range, and similar items apply under application and administrator policies.
  • The Trial may be restricted in cases of abusive repeated trials or attempts to bypass restrictions.

Article 12. Paid subscriptions and pricing

  • The current price, currency, tax-inclusive status, and billing cycle for BASIC and PRO are those shown in the GettaSYS application, the website pricing page, and Paddle Checkout when the customer starts checkout.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month from the initial payment date.
  • Regional prices may vary based on localized prices configured in Paddle or supported currency conversion, and the operator may change prices that apply to future new purchases.
  • A price change for an existing subscription applies only after any advance notice or consent required by applicable law and Paddle procedures.
  • The final amount, currency, applicable tax, billing cycle, and next billing date shown in Paddle Checkout or Paddle subscription management take precedence.
  • Foreign-transaction or currency-conversion fees charged by a card issuer or bank may apply separately.

Article 13. Payment methods and security

  • Checkout may offer eligible credit/debit cards and supported wallet methods. The exact methods shown depend on the customer’s country, currency, device, browser, risk checks, and monthly-subscription eligibility.
  • Only methods available for the customer’s country, currency, device, browser, and Paddle eligibility may be shown.
  • Where cardholder authentication is required, Paddle and the card issuer may perform authentication such as 3D Secure.
  • GettaSYS does not directly store card numbers, CVCs, or payment authentication data; Paddle processes them.
  • A method not shown in checkout is not available for that transaction.

Article 14. Automatic renewal and cancellation

  • Customers may cancel at any time before the next billing date through the Paddle customer portal or the provided subscription management path.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and plan features remain available until then.
  • No further automatic charge is made after the cancellation becomes effective.
  • If GettaSYS status and Paddle processing status differ, Paddle’s transaction record prevails, and the customer may contact [email protected].

Article 15. Payment failure and access restriction

  • If a renewal payment fails due to card expiry, insufficient funds, authentication failure, or similar reasons, Paddle may retry or request an updated payment method.
  • If the payment failure is not resolved, paid functions may be restricted and the account may enter READ ONLY status.
  • Payment failure alone does not automatically delete Local Work Data.

Article 16. AI tokens and AI output

  • PRO includes the announced base allocation of AI Tokens.
  • As a general rule, one token is recorded for each product for which an AI result is successfully generated and saved.
  • Failures, skips, preservation of existing results, and successful user-dictionary matches are generally not deducted.
  • AI output is assistive material and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or non-infringing. Users must review it before sale or publication.

Article 17. Refunds, withdrawal rights, and duplicate charges

  • A refund request may be submitted for the initial subscription payment, each monthly renewal payment, and each separate AI token pack transaction within 14 days of the relevant Paddle transaction or renewal date. No paid product type is excluded from submitting a request solely because of its type.
  • Submitting within 14 days does not mean automatic approval or a guaranteed full refund. Each request is reviewed under applicable law, the Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, payment status, the reason, usage or consumption, duplicate billing, billing error, unauthorized payment, and material technical defects.
  • The result may be a full refund, a partial refund for the unused portion, or a decline. Any more favorable mandatory consumer right prevails.
  • Subscription cancellation is a separate process that stops future renewal and is not the same as a refund request for a completed payment.
  • Refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Once a refund or chargeback is final, related subscription rights, AI Tokens, and benefits may be withdrawn. See the Refund Policy for the full rules.
  • Refund Policy

Article 18. Chargebacks and unauthorized payments

  • Suspected unauthorized payment or card theft must be reported promptly to Paddle and [email protected].
  • Paid functions for the relevant account may be temporarily restricted during fraud investigations, chargebacks, or payment disputes.
  • False chargebacks, deliberate reversal after use, or misuse of payment methods may result in account restriction.

Article 19. Prohibited conduct

  • Unauthorized use of another person’s account, payment method, or materials
  • Bypassing or manipulating authentication, one-PC limits, subscription status, usage, or AI Token records
  • Defeating application or server protections or improperly obtaining secrets or source code
  • Unauthorized collection, copying, sale, or distribution of material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or trade secret rights
  • Facilitating the sale of counterfeit, replica, or illegal goods
  • Disrupting the service through malware, excessive automated requests, or abnormal traffic
  • Reselling or renting the service, or providing an account to a third party, without authorization

Article 20. Restriction and termination

  • Use may be restricted after notice where a violation, security threat, unlawful use, fraudulent payment, or threat to service stability is identified.
  • Where urgent action is needed to prevent a security incident or further harm, restriction may occur first and reasons may be provided afterward.
  • Users may contest a restriction by contacting [email protected].

Article 21. External services and changes

  • The service may depend on external services including Cloudflare, Vultr, Resend, Google/Gemini, Paddle, and Szwego.
  • Some functions may change, be restricted, or become unavailable because of external-service policy, technology, outages, or legal limitations.
  • Reasonably foreseeable material changes will be announced in advance where practical.

Article 22. Intellectual property

  • Rights in the application, interface, documentation, logo, and operator-created content belong to the operator or lawful rights holders.
  • Users retain rights in their original materials and content they create.
  • Users may use the application only as needed to use the service and may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, or create derivative products without authorization.

Article 23. Liability and warranties

  • The operator will use reasonable efforts to provide the service reliably.
  • The operator is not responsible to the extent a problem arises from external sites, networks, email, payment or AI providers, the user’s device or actions, or failure to obtain necessary rights, where those matters are beyond the operator’s control.
  • Users bear losses caused by failure to back up, incorrect folder selection, failure to review AI output, or poor account management.
  • Liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or matters that cannot legally be limited is governed by applicable law.

Article 24. Account deletion and data

  • Users may request account deletion from the account management screen.
  • A processing grace period of approximately seven days may apply, and payment, dispute, or legally required records may be retained separately for the necessary period.
  • Before account deletion, the customer must separately cancel the Paddle subscription; records may be retained until pending transactions or refunds are complete.
  • Local Work Data is not automatically deleted by account deletion.

Article 25. Notices, contact, and disputes

  • Important notices may be delivered through the application, website, announcements, or the registered email address.
  • Questions about the service, accounts, subscriptions, or privacy may be sent to [email protected].
  • Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, the laws of the Republic of Korea and the competent courts determined under applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer-protection, privacy, or conflict-of-laws rights and any mandatory consumer-protection, privacy, or conflict-of-laws rules applicable to the customer will apply.
  • These Terms do not limit rights guaranteed to customers by applicable law.
