1. Permitted use

• Processing the user’s own Szwego accounts and materials that the user owns or is lawfully authorized to access
• Collecting, organizing/calculating, searching, AI-assisted processing, and CSV generation for product data
• Internal business processing of product information, images, and videos for which the user holds necessary rights
• Professional sales work that complies with law and external-platform policies

2. Prohibited use

• Unauthorized access to another person’s private account or materials
• Bypassing login, authentication, access rights, security controls, or platform restrictions
• Unauthorized collection, copying, sale, or distribution of data that infringes privacy, trade secrets, copyright, trademark, publicity, or similar rights
• Facilitating the sale of counterfeit, replica, or illegal goods
• Account sharing, service resale, or circumvention of one-PC, subscription, or AI Token controls
• Malware, excessive automated requests, service interference, or evasion of security detection
• Entering unnecessary sensitive data such as national identifiers, card data, or account passwords into AI features

3. Enforcement

• Where a possible violation exists, the operator may review relevant materials, account status, and payment status and request an explanation.
• Use may be restricted immediately for a serious violation or where urgent harm prevention is needed.
• A substantiated report of unlawful conduct or rights infringement may result in account restriction, a request to remove materials, subscription termination, or cooperation with authorities.

4. Non-affiliation notice

• GettaSYS is independently provided software and is not an official product, agent, approved product, or affiliated service of Szwego. The Szwego name and marks belong to their respective rights holders.
