1. Pricing and billing cycle
- BASIC and PRO are one-PC subscriptions that renew automatically each month. The current price, currency, and tax-inclusive status are those shown in the GettaSYS application, the website pricing page, and Paddle Checkout when checkout starts.
- PRO includes 1,000 base AI Tokens on each successful renewal. Included Tokens do not roll over to the next billing period, and additionally purchased Tokens are managed separately.
- Additional AI Tokens 1,000 is a one-time PRO-only purchase. Its current price, currency, and tax are shown in the application and Paddle Checkout when the purchase starts.
- Free Trial lasts three days, requires no card registration, and does not convert automatically to a paid plan.
- Regional prices may vary based on localized prices configured in Paddle or supported currency conversion.
- A price change for an existing subscription applies only after any advance notice or consent required by applicable law and Paddle procedures.
- The final amount, currency, tax, billing cycle, and next billing date shown in Paddle Checkout or Paddle subscription management take precedence.
2. Payment methods
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, and supported South Korean local credit and debit cards
- Eligible card and wallet methods shown by checkout
- Some methods may not appear depending on country, currency, device, browser, and Paddle eligibility.
- Methods not displayed by checkout are unavailable for that transaction
3. Tax-inclusive pricing
- Displayed prices include applicable transaction taxes under Paddle’s internal tax mode.
- Paddle fees are internal seller costs deducted from payout and are not charged to the customer as a separate GettaSYS line item.
- Currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees charged by the customer’s card issuer or bank may be the customer’s cost.
4. Automatic renewal and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month from the initial payment date.
- Customers may cancel at any time before the next billing date in the Paddle customer portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and features remain available until then.
- No further charge is made after cancellation becomes effective.
5. Refund policy notice
- A refund request may be submitted for the initial subscription payment, each monthly renewal payment, and each AI token pack transaction within 14 days of the relevant transaction or renewal date.
- A request does not guarantee a refund. Full refund, partial refund, or decline is decided case by case under applicable law, Paddle policy, the reason, and usage or consumption.
- For an AI token pack, the ordinary proposed partial refund is based on the tax-inclusive amount actually paid for that transaction multiplied by the proportion of tokens that remain unused, unreserved, and not previously refunded.
- Cancellation and refunds are separate processes. See the Refund Policy for the full rules and request routes.

6. Payment failure
- If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry or request an updated payment method.
- If payment is not recovered, paid functions may enter READ ONLY status.
- Payment failure does not automatically delete local data.
7. Receipts and contact
- Paddle provides receipts, transaction-tax information, subscription management, and refund processing.
- Questions about features or account access may be sent to [email protected].
- The customer is responsible for its own accounting, expense treatment, and tax filings.
