Pass, subscription and related records
To provide the service and verify payments, we process records of 15-day passes, 1-, 3-, 6- and 12-month subscriptions, selected plan, term and currency, access dates, change estimates, reservations and withdrawals, payments and refunds, and AI token grants, use, reservations and recovery. GettaSYS does not store card numbers or CVCs.
We record the version and confirmation time of documents required for signup and service. Marketing consent is optional and unchecked by default.
