2. Essential Cloudflare security and traffic processing

• Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request headers, access times, security identifiers, and technical logs for DNS, TLS, CDN and Pages delivery, malicious-traffic mitigation, and service reliability.
• This processing supports essential delivery and security. Blocking certain technologies in the browser may prevent the website or security checks from working correctly.

3. Paddle Checkout and Customer Portal

• Paddle-hosted Checkout and Customer Portal may use Paddle cookies or similar technologies for payment-session continuity, card authentication, fraud prevention, subscription management, and receipts.
• Paddle’s privacy and cookie notices also apply on Paddle pages. GettaSYS does not directly store card numbers, CVCs, or payment-authentication data.

4. Roles of external services

• Cloudflare: website, DNS, TLS, security, and traffic delivery
• Vultr: hosting for the Phoenix API, database, and related server components
• Resend: registration, verification, password, security, and account emails
• Google/Gemini and translation: PRO AI and translation processing explicitly initiated by the user
• Paddle: payments, transaction taxes, subscriptions, receipts, refunds, fraud, and chargebacks
• External-service processing locations and retention follow the provider’s current contractual and privacy terms and the GettaSYS Privacy Policy.
• Twilio Verify: mobile-phone SMS verification, verification-status checks, Fraud Guard, and verification-abuse prevention

5. Optional analytics and advertising tools

• The initial launch does not use separate advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or third-party behavioral analytics tools.
• Before introducing new analytics, advertising, or marketing technologies, GettaSYS will update this Notice and the Privacy Policy and apply any required prior notice or consent.

6. Controls, contact, and changes

• Users may manage cookies and site data through browser settings, but essential security or payment functions may be limited.

• This Notice is version 1.0.0. Material changes to external-service settings or legal disclosures will be announced on the website with the effective date.
