Before you submit

Refund requests are reviewed individually under the Terms of Service and Refund Policy disclosed on the website and during sign-up. We review the reason for the request and payment and usage records. Refunds are processed only when the requirements of those rules, applicable law, and the payment provider’s policies are met. The outcome may be a full refund, a partial refund, or a denial.
